At LUMESCA, we are always looking to add new partner brands to our offering to ensure we have the latest innovative products. We value both our independence and professional reputation, and we only select and recommend products that meet the needs and expectations of our customers. All of our products are tested internally so that we can be certain that they meet both our high technical and usability standards before being added to the LUMESCA offering.
We have an established logistics capability and two distribution hubs in Europe, which are located strategically to supply many of our customers within 24 to 48 hours. We have extensive stockholding throughout our facilities with the flexibility to move inventory to a particular location so that we can supply the right products when needed.
Business Development and Account Management
As an international business servicing Europe, the Middle East and Africa, we have an experienced and multi-lingual account management team in place to support local business. We provide customer service and business development support in key languages including, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Dutch and Russian.
Our Account Managers work closely with our resellers to continually review how they’re developing and to identify ways to mutually drive incremental business. We aim to build personal and individual relationships with our resellers as we realise that each business has its unique challenges and opportunities.
The Account Managers will also involve other areas of the LUMESCA team, such as Technical Services, Marketing or Logistics, to deliver the best service possible, from in-store technical training to supporting local events or webinars with our brand ambassadors.
Our team and their knowledge are one of the cornerstones of our business and we work as a team to meeting our partners’ needs. Not only are our team members selected for their technical knowledge and industry experience along with their respective language skills, but each one has a genuine passion for driving business and supporting our partners.
